By accessing or using Lazy2Read ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lazy2Read provides a platform that generates videos from user-provided content. All AI features within the Service are free and unlimited. Video generation times may vary between 5 to 20 minutes for larger videos.

3. Pricing and Points System

3.1 Cost per Video Generation

  • Video Generation: Each video generation costs 1 point, equivalent to 1 US dollar.
  • Editing and Regenerating Videos: Editing and regenerating a video is considered a new video generation and will incur a cost of 1 point.

3.2 Payment Options

  • Balance Additions: You can add funds to your account balance in increments of $5, $10, $25, $50, or $100.
  • Taxes: Additional taxes may apply depending on your country of residence. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Ownership and Rights to Generated Videos

4.1 User Ownership

User Rights: You retain all ownership rights to the videos you generate using the Service.

4.2 License to the Service

Sharing Permission: By enabling the share button for a given video, you grant Lazy2Read a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your video on lazy2read.com and its social media accounts for promotional purposes.

Revocation of Permission: You may revoke this permission at any time by disabling the share button for the respective video.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a generated video, you may request a refund of your point. Refunds are granted at the discretion of Lazy2Read.

5.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Us: Send a message to [email protected] to initiate the refund process.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the video generation.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

6.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Service Content

All content, features, and functionality on the Service are the exclusive property of Lazy2Read and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User-Generated Content

Except for the rights expressly granted to Lazy2Read under Section 4.2, Lazy2Read does not claim any ownership rights in your generated videos.

9. Termination

Lazy2Read reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Lazy2Read be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lazy2Read makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, about the Service.

12. Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • Lazy2Read reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently.
  • Prices of all Services are subject to change upon notice from us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
